- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- Place mixed greens in a large salad bowl.
- Layer apple slices, crumbled goat cheese, toasted walnuts, red onion slices, and dried cranberries on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
