Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish or bundt pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in Add-ins: Gently fold in the diced apples and chopped pecans.
