Notes
- Fresh Ingredients: Start with quality ingredients, especially your feta cheese. I love using a block of feta for its creamy texture and flavor.
- Seasoning: Don’t skimp on seasoning! Salt and pepper are crucial for enhancing the flavors of the dish.
- Bake Time Adjustment: Keep an eye on the timer! Check them around the 18-minute mark for softer yolks.
- Add Veggies: Adding spinach, cherry tomatoes, or bell peppers boosts the nutritional value and adds vibrant color.
- Serving Suggestions: Serving the baked feta eggs on crisp toast is classic, but warm pitas or flaky croissants are delicious alternatives.
- Leftover Love: Store leftovers in the fridge; they can be reheated easily.
