  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice 🍚
  • 2 cups beef broth 🍲
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup 🥫
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • 1 medium onion, diced 🧅
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced 🫑
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 teaspoon paprika 🌶️
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
  • Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿 (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the uncooked rice, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
  • Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
