Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
