Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
  2. Place the chicken in the Crockpot and pour in the chicken broth.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. If desired, remove the chicken and whisk 1 tablespoon cornstarch into the cooking liquid. Cook on High for 5-10 minutes to thicken into a sauce before serving.
