Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
- Place the soaked bread slices on the heated surface; cook until golden brown on one side (about 2–3 minutes).
- Flip each slice and cook until the second side is equally golden and the interior is set.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
