1/4 cup pink lemonade mix (e.g., Country Time)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon pink lemonade mix
3/4 cup cold water

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of pink lemonade mix and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients on high speed for about 3-5 minutes until thickened and forming stiff peaks.
In two tall serving glasses, add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each glass. Pour in 3/4 cup of cold water for each glass and stir until fully dissolved.
Add ice to each glass, filling them about two-thirds full.
Spoon the whipped mixture over the lemonade in each glass, creating a fluffy topping.
Gently stir the whipped cream into the drink with a long spoon before serving.
Notes
Use cold heavy cream for the best texture.
Stir thoroughly to prevent clumps when mixing the lemonade.
Fill your glasses two-thirds full with ice to keep the drink cold.
