  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon pink lemonade mix
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • Ice – for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of pink lemonade mix and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients on high speed for about 3-5 minutes until thickened and forming stiff peaks.
  2. In two tall serving glasses, add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each glass. Pour in 3/4 cup of cold water for each glass and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add ice to each glass, filling them about two-thirds full.
  4. Spoon the whipped mixture over the lemonade in each glass, creating a fluffy topping.
  5. Gently stir the whipped cream into the drink with a long spoon before serving.
