- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar for crust

- 3 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in mashed bananas, vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour filling over the crust in the pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
