Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and spinach to the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in 3 cups of chicken broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
  5. Stir in 2 cups of orzo pasta and add dollops of 8 ounces of Boursin cheese.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top and remove from heat.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
