Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, grated Pecorino cheese, finely grated garlic, and fresh thyme leaves. Add melted butter and a pinch of black pepper, stirring until well blended.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the lined baking sheet. Place the sliced sourdough or French baguette on top and lightly brush with more melted butter.
  4. Drape the prosciutto slices over the bread or nestle them around the edges of the baking sheet.
