Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with vegan butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix with wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in rolled oats gently until incorporated without overworking the batter.
  5. Mix melted vegan butter, light brown sugar, and ground cinnamon for the cinnamon swirl until smooth.
  6. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, drizzle half the cinnamon swirl mixture, and repeat with remaining batter and swirl.
  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Whisk together powdered sugar, melted vegan butter, and softened vegan cream cheese for the glaze.
