- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix with wet ingredients.
- Fold in rolled oats gently until incorporated without overworking the batter.
