Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente, about 7-9 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, half of the cheddar and mozzarella, milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to the greased baking dish, pressing it down evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for about 10 minutes, then slice, serve, and enjoy.
