- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente, about 7-9 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, half of the cheddar and mozzarella, milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the greased baking dish, pressing it down evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes, then slice, serve, and enjoy.
