Cooking Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a roaring boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
- Push chicken to one side of the skillet, add butter, and let it melt. Stir in garlic and ranch seasoning, cooking for about 1 minute.
- Incorporate broccoli and lemon zest/juice. Toss to coat and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing gently until well-combined.
- Stir in Parmesan, parsley, and chives. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
