Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add ground pork and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in diced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pot to deglaze.
  5. Introduce coleslaw mix and stir to integrate with the broth.
  6. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes, stirring well.
  7. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro if desired.
