Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Make a slit down one side of each date to create a pocket for stuffing.
  4. Fill each date pocket with the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to overstuff.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the stuffed dates an inch apart. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the tops.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cream cheese is warm and slightly golden.
