- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a large skillet over medium heat, add the Italian sausage. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
 - Melt the butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
 - Add the cauliflower and broccoli florets, sauté for 5-7 minutes until starting to soften.
 - Pour in the heavy cream and stir in salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and nutmeg. Let simmer.

 - Fold in the cooked sausage into the veggie and cheese mixture.
