  1. Prepare all ingredients: Lay out the salmon fillets, minced garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach, heavy cream, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and seasonings.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
