Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir until well blended, then heat in a saucepan for about five minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil, waiting until it shimmers.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook undisturbed for about four minutes.
  5. Gently flip the salmon and brush half of the glaze on top. Cook for another three to four minutes until salmon reaches 145°F.
  6. Drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon after cooking.
  7. Serve immediately garnished with chopped green onions.
