Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
- Combine the grated Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- Set up a dredging station with flour, egg and milk mixture.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth, then add heavy cream and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and pour the garlic sauce over it. Garnish with parsley.
- Serve hot.
