Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 5 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped for garnishing

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
  3. Combine the grated Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
  4. Set up a dredging station with flour, egg and milk mixture.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  10. Stir in chicken broth, then add heavy cream and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  11. Remove the chicken from the oven and pour the garlic sauce over it. Garnish with parsley.
  12. Serve hot.
