Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup confectioners' sugar
  • ½ cup cooking oil

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by combining cream cheese, granulated sugar, and lemon juice until smooth; fold in diced strawberries.
  2. Assemble the egg rolls with 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center and roll them tightly.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrappers before rolling to seal them securely.
  4. Cook by air frying at 400°F for 4-5 minutes, deep frying at 375°F for 2-4 minutes per side, or baking at 425°F for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve warm.
