Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Thai Shrimp Wrapped
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, large shrimp, finely chopped scallions, and sesame oil. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  2. On a clean surface, lay out a spring roll wrapper with one corner facing you. Spoon a small amount of the shrimp mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Carefully fold the sides over the filling, then start rolling from the bottom to the top tightly. Ensure to seal the edges well.
  3. Continue assembling the remaining shrimp by repeating the wrapping process for all eight spring roll wrappers.
  4. In a frying pan over medium heat, add around ¼ inch of vegetable oil; let it warm up for about 3 minutes until it shimmers slightly.
  5. Carefully place the wrapped shrimp in the hot oil, frying them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they become golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once browned, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  7. Arrange the golden Thai Shrimp Wrapped on a serving platter and serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
