- Choose a rectangular dish or square pan suitable for layering, around 9x13 inches. Place it on a clean surface.
- Dip each chocolate cookie quickly into water or milk, then arrange a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
- Spread a generous layer of the dulche de leche and cream cheese mixture over the cookies, using about half of it.
- Repeat the process with soaked cookies and remaining cream mixture, finishing with a creamy layer on top.
