Baking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; then mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Optional: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the cookie dough balls.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
