Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rapid boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season the beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add Alfredo sauce to the beef, mixing thoroughly. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing it with the beef mixture. Stir in cheddar and optional mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon and diced pickles. Optional: Add tomatoes and lettuce before serving. Serve warm.
