Cooking Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rapid boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Season the beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for another minute.
- Reduce heat to low and add Alfredo sauce to the beef, mixing thoroughly. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing it with the beef mixture. Stir in cheddar and optional mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Top with crumbled bacon and diced pickles. Optional: Add tomatoes and lettuce before serving. Serve warm.
