- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully slice each croissant in half lengthwise to create a pocket.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half.
- Layer 2 slices of cooked ham on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Top each ham layer with 2 slices of your chosen cheese.
- Fold the top half of each croissant back down to encase the filling.
- Lightly brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter.
- Arrange the filled croissants in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the croissants in the air fryer for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully remove the croissants and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
