Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and prepare your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whip egg whites on medium speed until foamy, then gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in vanilla extract and green gel food coloring into the meringue.
  5. Gently fold the almond flour mixture into the meringue in three additions.
  6. Pipe small circles of batter onto prepared baking sheets.
  7. Allow the macarons to rest for 30-60 minutes until a smooth skin forms.
