  5. Spoon the berry mixture down the center of each pastry rectangle, leaving a small border.
  6. Fold the sides of each rectangle over the berry filling and pinch tightly to seal.
  7. Place the twisted pastries on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
