Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Bain-Marie by placing ½ cup of water into a small pot and heating it on medium until gently boiling. Position a large heatproof bowl over the pot.
  2. Melt butter and marshmallows by adding 85 g of unsalted butter and 6 cups of regular marshmallows to the bowl, stirring continuously for 2-4 minutes until smooth.
  3. Mix in salt and red food coloring, whisking until the color is fully integrated.
  4. Combine with Rice Bubbles by pouring 4 cups of Rice Bubbles into a large bowl and drizzling the melted mixture over them, folding until well coated.
  5. Shape the Halloween brains using oiled hands, forming oval shapes and creating a dent with a butter knife.
  6. Decorate with red veins by dipping a toothpick in red food coloring and drawing swirls on each brain.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature, enjoying them within a week.
