- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients for easy assembly.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry until it’s about ⅛ inch thick. Cut the pastry into a large triangle.
- Place the wheel of Brie cheese at the base of the puff pastry triangle.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped walnuts or pecans over the cranberry sauce.
- Drizzle the honey over the filled Brie, followed by salt and pepper.
- Fold the edges of the puff pastry triangle over the Brie, pinching to create a tree shape.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg for a glossy finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley or greens if desired.
