Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients for easy assembly.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry until it’s about ⅛ inch thick. Cut the pastry into a large triangle.
  3. Place the wheel of Brie cheese at the base of the puff pastry triangle.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the Brie.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts or pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Drizzle the honey over the filled Brie, followed by salt and pepper.
  7. Fold the edges of the puff pastry triangle over the Brie, pinching to create a tree shape.
  8. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg for a glossy finish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley or greens if desired.
