  • 3 tablespoons Scallion-infused oil
  • 2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop the green onions and set aside.
  2. Whisk together the scallion-infused oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Heat a pan and fry the chopped green onions for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In the same pan, add remaining scallion-infused oil and the fried green onions to infuse over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
  6. Combine the drained noodles with the prepared sauce and mix well. Top with crispy fried green onions before serving.
