Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook lasagna noodles in boiling water until al dente.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, spread filling along the length, and roll it up tightly. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil, then slice and serve.
