  • 8 sheets Lasagna noodles perfect for rolling
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese adds creaminess
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese for gooey goodness
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese sharp flavor
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped for filling
  • 1 large Egg binds the mixture
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce for layering

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder enhances taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook lasagna noodles in boiling water until al dente.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Take a lasagna noodle, spread filling along the length, and roll it up tightly. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil, then slice and serve.
