- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh spinach, cream cheese, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well-blended.
- Create pockets in the center of each salmon filet using a sharp knife.
- Stuff each salmon pocket generously with the spinach mixture.
- Place stuffed filets in a greased baking dish, skin-side down, and bake for 25-30 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
