  1. Start by rinsing your strawberries under cold water to remove any dirt and pat them dry. For the best flavor, choose ripe fruits. Next, peel the bananas and slice them into chunks for easy blending. Assemble all the ingredients, including the yogurt and honey, at your workstation.
