- Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt 2 cups of white chocolate chips over low heat in a medium saucepan, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and optional ½ teaspoon of orange zest.
- Fold in 1 cup of dried cranberries and 1 cup of pecan halves until coated with chocolate.
- Drop heaping tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Gently press down on each cluster with the back of a spoon to help them hold their shape.
- Refrigerate the baking sheet for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Transfer hardened clusters to an airtight container for storage.
