Ingredients
  

  • 2 bricks cream cheese
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8-10 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 cup finely chopped ham
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® seasoning mix, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flour tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the finely chopped ham and chopped green onion on each tortilla and press lightly.
  4. Tightly roll each tortilla away from you and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Slice the rolled tortillas into ½-inch pieces and serve on a platter.
