  4. Add ½ cup of candied pecans or walnuts to the bowl.

  6. Drizzle ¼ cup of balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad.
  7. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper over the salad.
