Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add rolled oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to mashed bananas; mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together baking powder, baking soda, salt, and optional ingredients.
  5. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Divide the muffin batter among prepared muffin cups, filling each about ⅔ full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
