Preparation Steps
  1. Mix the dry ingredients by combining flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Prepare the yeast mixture by gently heating milk and water, then add yeast and let it bloom.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, adding the yeast mixture and eggs to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured countertop until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape, about ¼-inch thick.
  7. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Roll the dough into a log and cut it into 10 equal pieces.
  9. Place the sliced rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
