Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your baking sheets by covering them with parchment paper and set aside three large bowls.
  2. In a large pot, heat 3 tablespoons of coconut oil over medium heat and pop the popcorn kernels.
  3. Continue to shake the pot and remove from heat when popping slows, then season with optional popcorn salt and pour into bowls.
  4. Melt the white chocolate by dividing it into three bowls, adding 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to each and microwaving.
  5. Once melted, add food coloring to each bowl and mix well, coating the corresponding bowl of popcorn.
  6. Allow the popcorn to dry slightly before adding mix-ins like sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl or cute containers for sharing!
