Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gently combine the pumpkin mixture with the flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and pat down to 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits with a round cutter.
