Preparation Steps
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, ½ cup of creamy peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips and/or ¼ cup of crushed nuts into the yogurt mixture.
- Lightly grease your silicone molds or mini muffin tin.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into the molds or muffin tin, filling each cavity to the top.
- Smooth the tops of the filled molds with a spoon. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- Remove the bites from the molds. Enjoy your Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites!
- Store any remaining bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
