Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter natural varieties recommended
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix-Ins
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup crushed nuts almonds or walnuts

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, ½ cup of creamy peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips and/or ¼ cup of crushed nuts into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Lightly grease your silicone molds or mini muffin tin.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the molds or muffin tin, filling each cavity to the top.
  5. Smooth the tops of the filled molds with a spoon. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  6. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  7. Remove the bites from the molds. Enjoy your Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites!
  8. Store any remaining bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
