- Start by peeling and thinly slicing 1-2 teaspoons of fresh ginger and 1 teaspoon of fresh turmeric. Set these aside.
- In a small pot, pour in 2 cups of fresh, filtered water and bring it to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
