  1. Spray the inside of your Crockpot with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Spread the frozen meatballs in an even layer at the bottom of the Crockpot.

  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and coat them thoroughly.

  6. If the sauce is too thin, increase the heat to High for 20 minutes to thicken.
