Prepare the Snack Board
- Slice the celery stick lengthways into four equal sticks, then cut into 1½ to 2-inch pieces. Peel clementines and insert celery into the top as stems. Wrap in clingfilm and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine icing sugar with cold water until smooth. Transfer to piping bag and set aside.
- Arrange mini peppers on a plate, pipe icing dots on each, and add sugar eyeballs. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Cut cantaloupe in half, scoop out seeds, and chop into cubes. Thread cantaloupe, black grapes, and marshmallows on skewers. Melt chocolate and decorate marshmallows.
- Use a ghost-shaped cutter on white bread to create sandwiches. Refrigerate to keep fresh.
- Peel bananas and cut into pieces. Melt chocolate and draw faces on each piece. Chill until set.
- Slice apples into 1 cm thick pieces. Spread peanut butter on one side, add mini marshmallows for teeth, and stack another apple slice on top.
- Assemble all chilled items on a large platter, adding optional plastic spiders for decoration.
