- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 lb of ground beef. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.

- Stir in 15 oz of tomato sauce, 1 cup of water, and 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

- Spread ⅓ of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

- Place 4 lasagna noodles over the meat sauce, ensuring they do not overlap.

- Spread ⅓ of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by ⅓ of the shredded mozzarella cheese.

- Repeat the previous steps: add another ⅓ of the meat sauce, followed by 4 more lasagna noodles, and then ⅓ each of ricotta and mozzarella cheese.

- Finish with the remaining meat sauce on top and sprinkle the last batch of mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

- Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
