Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing about three-quarters of the way through.

  4. Stuff chicken breasts with Roma tomato slices, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves. Use toothpicks to seal.
  5. Sear stuffed chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  6. Mix minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar in a separate jug and stir to combine. Pour around chicken in the skillet.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
