- Prepare the Cream Mixture by combining mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Whip until soft peaks form.
- Mix the Coffee Soak by combining brewed coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish. Stir well to blend.
- Soak the Ladyfingers briefly in the coffee mixture for 1-2 seconds and arrange them in a serving dish.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the dish and spread half of the mascarpone mixture over them.
- Add half of the crushed pistachios on top of the mascarpone layer.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with the remaining crushed pistachios.
- Chill before serving for at least 4-6 hours.
