  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened, optional
  • 2 cups Bisquick Mix can use gluten-free

  • ¼ cup Pickled Jalapenos chopped, or fresh jalapenos

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick mix, pepper jack cheese, and pickled jalapenos. Mix until blended.
  3. Scoop out a generous portion and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
