Preparation

  5. In the same pot, add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
Cooking
  1. Add apple cider, beef broth, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to the pot; stir well.
  2. Return the short ribs to the pot, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid.
  3. Cover the pot and transfer to the oven; braise for 2 hours until the meat is tender.
  4. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
