Method
 

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, add a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onions for about 5 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in barbecue sauce before removing from heat.
  4. On a large baking sheet, layer corn tortilla chips, sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese, and add a second layer of chips with more cheese.
  5. Evenly pile the ground turkey mixture over the nachos. Top with crumbled bacon and diced orange bell peppers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Top nachos with diced tomatoes and cole slaw. Drizzle additional barbecue sauce if desired.
